How an engagement works

  1. One focused semester

    Each semester, we take on a select group of clients for a focused 3–4 month engagement.

  2. A detailed diagnostic

    Our team guides you through the engagement, starting with a detailed diagnostic to identify areas of improvement and establish clear objectives.

  3. An actionable plan

    Together, we craft a comprehensive, actionable plan for the semester.

  4. We join your meetings

    We are happy to attend your meetings to better understand your organization's dynamics and foster stronger collaboration.

Beyond the semester

While engagements are time-bound, we value long-term relationships and seek to maintain meaningful connections beyond the initial partnership.
