Santana Pina

Santana Pina is a consultant for Snider Consulting Group. She joined SCG as a member of Cohort 11 in the Fall of 2025.


Santana is pursuing a B.S. in International Business. She is also a member of Smith Business Leadership Fellows Program (SBLF). 


She is driven by a passion for global cultures, a commitment to advancing women’s leadership in international business, and a strong analytical mindset shaped by her experience in case competitions and strategic problem-solving.


Outside of SCG, Santana also serves on the Presidents Committee for the Smith Undergraduate Student Association (SUSA),  the Events Committee for Women Business Association (WBA), the Marketing Committee for International Economics and Finance Society (IEFS), is a Smith Ambassador, and an active member of Women Empowerment Institute (WEI). 


In addition to her involvement in Smith, Santana currently works for PathSpark, an education technology  company, as their Youth Developement Officer, assisting in product development and market research. In her free time, Santana enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, learning latin dances, and discovering local food spots.
