PAVI PAILA
Pavi Paila is a consultant for the Snider Consulting Group. She joined SCG as a member of Cohort 10 in the Spring of 2025.
Pavi is pursuing a B.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management and Business Analytics with a Presidential Scholarship.
Team management, creative thinking, goal-oriented project management, and a love of efficiency are among Pavi's strengths.
At the University of Maryland, Pavi is involved in her business fraternity, Pi Sigma Epsilon, on the Public Relations and Professional Development Committees. She also serves on the Technology Committee for the Smith Undergraduate Student Association. Pavi also works at Smith’s Office of Career Services as a front office associate.
Outside of UMD, Pavi works with her father on running their company, SpeechPundit, an AI tool that allows anyone to sharpen their public speaking skills independently. She will continue to offer online classes through the platform, expanding to new offerings for the summer session. Pavi has recently completed her internship with Artemis Real Estate Partners through their summer enrichment program, where she learned and applied crucial skills in the world of commercial real estate.
