OLEVIA TINPAW

Olevia Tinpaw is a consultant for the Snider Consulting Group. She joined SCG as a member of Cohort 10 in the Spring of 2025. 


Olevia is pursuing a B.S. in Information Systems & Marketing with a Plus 1 Masters in Marketing Analytics. She is a member of the Interdisciplinary Business Honors Program and a member of the Banneker/Key Scholars program. 


Olevia’s areas of expertise involve project management, innovative problem solving, community building, and philanthropy. 


Outside of SCG, Olevia is involved with Business Beyond Borders where she is the founder and president. She is also the VP of Events for the Business & IT Society at UMD, while also being an active member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. Olevia has also been finalist for the NDCC Case competition and has won 2nd place in the Deloitte Undergraduate Case Competition at UMD. 


Outside of UMD, Olevia is a choir teacher and an active volunteer for the Zotung Organization of Maryland. Olevia will be working at Northrop Grumman in Summer 2025 for the Business Management Analyst position, and will be at Deloitte in Summer 2026 for the Technology Risk & Financial Advisory position.
