Nikhil Kurian
Nikhil Kurian is a principal consultant for Snider Consulting Group. He joined in Spring 2024 as part of Cohort 8.
Nikhil is pursuing a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems. He is also a member of the QUEST Honors Program and the Smith Business Leadership Fellows.
Nikhil’s strengths from past experiences and projects include process improvement, data analysis, business development, strategy, and collaboration.
At the University of Maryland, Nikhil was the Digital Promotion Lead on the QUEST Recruiting leadership board. He has also participated in multiple case competitions, including the PwC Challenge Case Competition and the Smith Finance Group x Stifel Case Competition.
Outside of UMD, Nikhil was a Business Analyst Intern for Capital One in Summer 2025 and a Business Development and Finance Intern for GoPursue (an EdTech startup based in Washington, D.C.) in 2024-2025.
