Harrisen Cefalu-Schwartz

Harrisen Cefalu-Schwartz is a vice-chair on the board of trustees and a principal consultant for Snider Consulting Group. He joined in the Fall of 2022 as a member of Cohort 5. 

Harrisen is a junior at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, majoring in Finance and Operations Management & Business Analytics. 

Harrisen has internship experience with Ernst & Young, where he worked as an FSO consulting intern, and at the Executive Office of the President, serving as an intern in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). These experiences have provided him with a strong foundation in consulting and financial management.

Currently, Harrisen serves as the Consulting Careers intern for the Office of Career Services, where he focuses on helping students build the skills necessary to pursue careers in consulting. He also works to increase awareness of available opportunities in the field. Previously, Harrisen played a key role in organizing the Smith in the City trip to New York City as the Consulting Track Lead, coordinating networking events and informational sessions to introduce students to career opportunities.

Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Harrisen enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
