Ayelette Halbfinger
Ayelette Halbfinger is a consultant for the Snider Consulting Group (SCG) and Student Body President at the University of Maryland. Halbfinger is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management & Business Analytics and a second Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
Halbfinger joined SCG as part of cohort 2 in the spring of 2021
Outside of SCG, Ayelette is in the QUEST Honors Program and the Strategic Design and Innovation Fellowship. She is also an alumna of the University of Maryland’s Honors College and Design Culture & Creativity living and learning program and of the Global Consulting Fellowship in the Smith School of Business.
Within SCG, Ayelette has served on both external client-facing projects as well as internal projects. She has experience doing more data-driven work as well as more qualitative, design-focused projects. Her expertise in Adobe software and graphic design paired with her quantitative field of study provides the team with strong data visualization opportunities.
Ayelette spent two summers working for international venture capital firms before spending the past summer as a Digital Transformations Intern at Protiviti in NYC. Ayelette also works as a part-time communications assistant at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
